Allow customization of Take Action Covers buttons text per Action

      Summary

      Take Action Covers block should have support for customized button text.

      Requirements

      • Add a sidebar option on Actions to override the button text of Covers Take Action block when that Action is being pulled in.
      • Sidebar title: "Covers block button".
      • Sidebar help: "Edit the button text shown on the Action covers block.".
      • It should be populated with the default text (either "Take Action", its localized version, or what's already been setup in Planet 4 > Defaults Content).
      • Fallback to the default text if the field it's accidentally left empty.
      • Adjust Take Action Covers block to use that field text.
      • Adjust Search results for Actions to also use that field text.
