Description of the issue: The CSS is off, thins are not aligned properly or
just don't look right. I have not tested the function. The header copy is
the wrong colour. In general the petition needs to be aligned with the
plastics style guide and properly tested. I am told that the data is not
stamped as coming from the right campaign (in the data base) but have no
way to test that.
