Earlier we have disabled the Covers block / Take Action style and Covers block / Campaigns style in the Campaigns content type, after Gutenberg it's available again:

1. Please disable it again - as specified by the original ticket: https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-3740
2. Additionally, after discussing it with Will we concluded that we should disable the Split block too in Campaigns content type, please make this change too.
