For the plastics we need to try to replicate background image as regular P4 pages.

Requirements

• Background Image of header block needs to fade outside the block to rest of page and not be cut off when the block finishes (make block transparent?) as shown in this page (https://www.greenpeace.org/international/act/0-toolkit-for-a-plastic-free-future/)
• Add diagonal gradient overlay
• Change text color to dark blue (#044362)
