Description of the issue: When building a Campaign page and using the
(shortcake) Columns Block, Icons Style, the images selected do not appear
on the front end.

• We have campaigns that are going live this week and next week that will
  use this block. wmorrisj *

Also, there's a background colour where the image should be that probably
should not be there. _NB: This bug is not limited to Oceans, I also tested
this using the Plastics & Forests themes._
