Summary

In the classic Editor, the tags sidebar used to have a "Most used tags" link that would open a tag cloud. Since Gutenberg we only have an auto-complete field, so editors don't know intuitively which ones are being used already.

EDIT: We were monitoring this upstream ticket to see when this feature will be added, which was fixed in this PR. But we still don't see this option on P4 sites.

• Investigate why that feature doesn't work for us. The PR description mentions: "This component is only displayed when a site has ten or more terms with at least one item", which is already the case in most of our websites.
