User requirements

As an editor I want to be able to create/edit/delete all campaign pages
As an author I want to be able to create/edit/delete only my own campaign pages

Tasks

• Assign following roles to editor:
  edit_published_campaign_pages
  publish_campaign_pages
  delete_published_campaign_pages
• Assign following roles to author:
  edit_published_campaign_pages - only when the user is the author of page
  publish_campaign_pages - only when the user is the author of page
  delete_published_campaign_pages - only when the user is the author of page

Description of the issue: As an Admin I do have access Campaign Project 
Pages, but as an Editor and as an Author I do not.
