Currently I believe there is no way to configure the Twitter share text that is prefilling the Twitter share field (See screenshot attached)

Campaigners usually have a tweet composed that they want followers to use, so the ideal solution would be to add a field in the backend of the EN Form block where Editors/Campaigners can add the tweet text that will be prefilled once supporters click on the Share on Twitter after signing the petition.
