Climate Emergency requires it's own theme. The theme should build upon the structure of the oil theme. It should follow the design styling created by wmorrisj in https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-3909 The font, gradient reference and background image can be found here - https://www.dropbox.com/sh/qjgukh2s3sr5wkz/AADPykWF9vIrCGNPW-bf6TnIa?dl=0 

The font is free to use and it is called Jost* for languages that are not supported (Arabic, greek) the we should use Noto/Roboto as we do with other CPP campaign fonts.

nroussos is creating a example page based on the initial UI designs. The EN form block needs a modified CSS that enables us to create a scrolling div. I have added an image showing the example of the blocks we can use.

The letter text : 1.125rem line height 1.25rem font Jost* Book (400) and the bold line of text Jost* Black (900) in Caps

The gradient : R:255 G:0 B:0 alpha: 100 > R:255 G:0 B:0 alpha: 0
