Admin and campaign role should be able to edit campaign pages. But they are not able to see the option "Edit" on the admin bar on top when logged in to the site and visiting a campaign page.

It is still possible to edit the campaign page by going to https://release.k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/international/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=campaign and clicking on edit there.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in as an admin
2. Go to a campaign page like: https://release.k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/international/campaign/peoplevsoil/
3. See on top admin menu - do not include option to edit

• Owner of page (Gabor) who has campaigner role also tested and didn't see Edit button

Expected behaviour
Admins should be able to edit any campaign page
Campaigners should be able to edit only campaign pages they created
