Would it be possible somehow to customize the social links in the Minimal footer of CPP pages?

Example: https://release.k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/international/campaign/peoplevsoil/

The campaign has its own social media channels so they would like to link to those instead of the main Greenpeace channels.
