CPP - Within the EN block, the Submit button needs to be full width.

      As a user I would like the Submit (CTA) button to be the same width as the text fields. In the back end it is however in the actual form it is not.

      Tasks

      • Make button same width as fields as it is shown in the backend
      • Apply changes only in CPP
