CPP - In-block styling for 'Full Width' Carousel block.

      As a user I need to be able to apply styling to the text within the 'Full Width' Carousel block. Styling includes changing the type size, colour and vertical spacing.

      For the Oil Campaign the base typographic size styles has been done by Nikos already in the following ticket...

      Tasks:

      • Changes will be applied to master theme to be reflected on all sites - not only CPP
      • Add selector for type size
      • Add selector for colour
      • Apply vertical spacing automatically based on the type size
