Form validation / error message is firing before "Next" button is hit.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to https://act.greenpeace.org/page/33188/donate/1
2. On the first step click on Next
3. See how 2nd step section opens with validation erros highligthed. See gif attached

• Seems like it also happens in step 3

Accepted criteria

• Validation errors should only be shown when user click on next on the 2nd section without filling in the field/s. Not when it just arrives to 2nd section.
