As a web editor I want to see the cookies description text in all its length before inserting my cookies block in the page.

Given the length of the cookies' descriptions approved in the latest "privacy policy" revision, it would be great to have both "Cookies Description" as wider, expandable text blocks, as it happens int he EN form for example (see snapshots).
