We need to add the plugin planet4-plugin-engagingnetworks to LOCO for translation

Some of them are quite relevant for the P4 UX (see snapshot)

For the ticket of Adding EN plugin to Loco translate, the parts that need to be checked:

1) Script in handbook that handles which files get synced

2) Create branch "languages" (like the exist in master-theme and plugin-blocks) in EN plugin

3) Make handbook use this branch for the EN plugin
