Apply styling to thank you screen (in-page) of petition form

      Please add styling as per the image attached. I will upload responsive versions and include font sizes and VA directions this morning.

      This work requires the layout to follow the sites base line 16px grid. All VA should follow this baseline. The typographic elements will follow the type sizes laid down by Nikos in the style guide.

      The share buttons are the standard share buttons (FB, T & Email).

      The Donate button is a standard CTA button.

      • Add fields needed to form where user can specify Thank you message
      • Name of new fields: (To be added by ltiralon)
      • Specifying URL of donate button is out of scope from this ticket, just follow same link specified in settings
