We have discussed in the P4 week that the CPP user redirection will have the following logic: we're going to use Geo-IP redirects to send people to the local NRO's page (without showing them any country selector, basically making an assumption about which page they want to visit) and then we'll give them an option to "correct" our assumption by having a country selector that's easily available. My guess that the logical place for it would be in the minimal header.

wmorrisj could you please create a design for the dropdown that would follow the minimal header's design? We don't need this for launch but would be good to start working on it.
