      AS A FOLLOW-UP of PLANET-3680:

      -if our tests prove actual increase in cookies bar click through rate we should implement new colour version of the Cookies BAR, to make it more prominent and ask users to accept / manage the cookies.

      TO do:

      • Assess click through rates once resizes cookies bar is launched (PLANET-3680)
      • Review original colour redesign (attached)
      • Choose a colour
      • Implement
