Implement filter by post type in posts overview backend

      This is a follow up of PLANET-3583 developed by GP Switzerland.

      Add a filter to the admin post list that allows filtering by post type (Planet4 custom taxonomy p4-page-type).

       

      For editors: quick access to posts of a certain type (for example press releases)
