Review the Information architecture audit started last year for GPI and continue by including also NROs websites.

This piece of work includes the following tasks:

• Identify "business" goals by interviewing stakeholders
• Identify internal-users needs & expectations = send a survey to the community
• Identify end-users needs = run a new survey with Hotjar on GP websites
• Gather all inputs collected
• Content analysis (current + future) + => New categorization of the content
• Site structure analysis + => New sitemap
• Run a new data analysis on GP websites for the navigation
• Navigation structure analysis + => New navigation structure
• Taxonomy & tags analysis + => New taxonomy & tags system
