Add one new field in the counter block.
Label: API URL of completed number

Functionality:
If that field is filled in with a url, instead of using the hardcoded number for "Completed", pick up the number from the API.
Example URL: https://global-petition-counter.appspot.com/counter/palmoil
The API returns a json with a single number.
