Notifications of IdeaPush (Change status, submission of a new one, etc..) stopped working. Exacly the same as https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-2728

All seems good in the Plugin Settings, see >> https://planet4.greenpeace.org/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=idea&page=idea_push_settings

This is somehow urgent because our users are not getting notified about the outcomes of their ideas and we lose the "supporter journey" of our beautiful workflow

Last time (2728) was resolved by ltitus - this was the cause;

"Looks like the server is sending e-mail into SendGrid. SendGrid is failing to to forward the messages. I'll investigate further but I have a feeling perhaps we hit some monthly limit (we only have a free account)."
