In the P4 sites with GDPR comments enabled, and following Handbook instructions, the comments workflow (approve etc, wortks, but it's really difficult to submit a comment, because the consent thickbox is not visible.

Tested in PROD and Staging Slovenja, Italy and Greece. Spotted everywhere. See snapshots.

Why we need the thick box? (Comments > GDPR Compliance >> "Activate in order to require compliance") Because under GDPR regulations, the choice must be easily presented to ppl, as a proactive action / consent.
