Currently the "icons" version of the Columns block resizes the uploaded images to a tiny size (see screenshot: "current icons block

The task would be to update the block so it can be used with full column width images too (see screenshot: "updated icons block")

I see two problems:

• how will this change affect existing blocks out there? maybe they have uploaded large images, we have to make sure we're not changing their layout (at least not without notifying the NROs using this block now)
• if we modify the block so that it will use full column width images then we'd need to add some guidelines on what dimensions should editors use to recreate the current "icons" sized images - possibly adding the icons dimensions as a description to the backend

Let's discuss these before the devs change anything.
