Whilst working on the CPP blocks I have seen that we have irregularities in vertical alignment.

All blocks should be able to be placed together creating a combined vertical space between blocks of 90px (top margin - 30px & bottom margin - 60px).

With the exception of:
a). Split two column blocks. I will create a seperate ticket for this block.
b). Header blocks which has no top margin only bottom margin.
c). Footer that has no bottom margin.
