We've discussed that on one hand we need to release the CPP features but on the other hand we don't want NROs to start using it as now we only have one piece (the customizer) somewhat ready, the other features are not functional yet (import/export, fully functional form block, global counter, geo-redirects from vanity URLs).

So to solve this we'd like to have the CPP features available to a limited number of users:

• either by permission (for Admins only)
• or by URL only (hiding the Campaigns menu item in the Admin area, only making it accessible to people who know the URL)

I don't have a preference, what would you suggest?
