The carousel block does not have a fixed height but it is resizing based on the length of the image captions. When I created the carousel I've just picked 3 random images from the Media Library, apparently all 3 have different image caption lengths. The resizing makes everything below the carousel block very uncomfortable to read as all content beneath jumps up and down on the screen when the carousel slides to the next image.

To replicate:

1. open URL above
2. scroll down to the carousel or preferably a bit below
3. watch as it slides through all 3 images

I'd think the solution would be to assign a max height to the caption based on the longest one or add a Read more... button for very long captions.
