As a user I'd like to see my country selected in the country field so I don't have to scroll through a dropdown with 195 options (especially on a mobile device).

As an admin I'd like to be able to specify a default country in the EN Form backend, so that the selected country gets selected in the form frontend by default.

(another option would be to detect the user's country by using geo-IP lookup but maybe that's a more complicated approach - though would be useful for the users of the /international/ site - we can discuss)
