As a user I'd like to see what are the required fields on the EN form block.

Please add an asterisk to the fields that are marked as required. I've attached two screenshots, one has the asterisk at the end of the placeholder text, the other has the asterisk at the right side of the field. Maybe the right side looks nicer but if it's too complicated I'm happy with the other design too.

Additionally, please add a "* Required" text at the bottom of the fields (see first screenshot)
