This task was initially created as a bug because the button in Carousel Header (zoon and slide) is off when the description is too long (see attachments).

If there is a limit of how much height the carousel could have, shouldn't we add a 'Read more' link in the text whenever the description reaches the limit? or should we add a max char limit in the description field in the edit page where the user cannot enter more characters than the limit.
