Sprint #79
While investigating the issue for search results of non USA sites including "Greenpeace USA", a major suggestion was to develop a landing page on the top level domain www.greenpeace.org/ that would give the users the option to select which site they want to visit.
As written by Matt:
```
A proposed solution from our SEO consultant is to switch to a landing page for organic "greenpeace.org" traffic that would use GeoIP to guess the right language/country but give people the option to pick another destination (the Ikea model).
```
A discussion about this is happening at #p4-landing-page in RocketChat.
Related info:
- This should sit before planet4/planet3, on the top level of the domain, not on a site
- There is no requirement for this to be implemented on planet4 (wordpress). Since this will be a single page on the top level domain, it should be implemented only with JS and HTML as a front end solution.
Task: Check the current proposed workflow and discussion at #p4-landing-page in RocketChat and (assuming designs are delivered) give an estimation of work for creating this functionality.
