New Carousel Header CTA - Set up an adaptive width

      The CTA width should have a minimum size and should be adaptive based on the text length, with characters limitation:

      • XL / L / M: CTA minimum width = 280px / text left & right padding = 24px / maximum text characters number = 24.
      • S: CTA minimum width = 240px / text left & right padding = 24px / maximum text characters number = 24.

      Apply fix also to PLANET-2397
