Clearing cache automatically after page publication not working

      Belgium just reported they published 2 new posts this morning and they were only visible to logged in users. After flushing the cache the posts were published to all users, so seems like PLANET-2981 did not work here. Maybe its only affecting multi-lingual sites?
      needs investigation

       

      Make sure to test scenario of schedule posts to be published
