Post: allow Blocks

      A while ago, the P4 team decided to disallow blocks in posts (see [https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-1821 https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-1821), but by now thy work very well, so there may be an increase in usage if we allow "Add page element" in Posts
