EN Form Block: allow markup / HTML in description

      As a user I would like to insert links in the description of the Form Block, to either redirect to a page for more info or insert a mailto: link.

      This may be done as we do in the User Profiles, byt writing it as

      <a href=”YOURLINK“>your text</a>
