It is not clear that if the 'Thank you Url' field is filled in, the 'Thank you Title' and 'Thank you subtitle' fields will not show up.

Please add a line under the 'Thank you Url' field stating this.

Eg: 'When adding a Thank you URL page, Thank you title and Thank you subtitle will be ignored and not show up'
