The opt-in questions are confusing from several reasons:
1. why are there 2 opt - in questions?
2. why can't the opt - in questions be customized?
3. would it be enough for the opt-in questions to be Yes and No or is it mandatory to be exactly the same as they are on EN? In this situation, if a editor creates a new form, how can he customize a question in P4, assuming he creates in EN a question which is not in P4 already? (which goes back to no 2).
