In  https://k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/en-test/enform-demo-page/ remove the two line breaks to between the form fields and the check box field. This will bring the form field closer. At the moment there is a visual disconnect between the two elements. Also check the button alignment. I have mentioned text sizes in another ticket 3063 https://jira.greenpeace.org/browse/PLANET-3063
