Change p4 page type (custom taxonomy) to make it's permalinks compatible with wpml.
Currently when a wpml-enabled p4 site is configured to use p4 page type permalinks (Settings -> Permalinks), the permalinks will work for one language only ( the one that it is set in the admin page, when the user is setting the permalinks).
Make the proper changes in p4 custom taxonomy, so that the permalinks will work for all languages at all times.
