Are now replaced.

Please have a last check in the live sites (you can use the spreadsheet to see which sites are live) using the blocks report. 

Once this is confirmed please delete those plugins from the plugin-blocks

EXTRA CAREFULL: check if the tag page gets broken by the removal of one of the blocks.

If it gets broken, investigate one of the two:

a) Seeing if the block can be hidden but not deleted (so that editors cannot add it any more) (prefered solution)

b) Seeing if we could replace it with the new block (lower priority)
