As and Editor, I need to access the "flush object cache" command in my nav bar to make instant changes appear in my P4 site.

In case of NVDA or Live actions happening, the delay of content being updated slowly is lowering the impact of P4 for our campaigns.

As of now, a P4 Admin must be there to "flush object caches" all the time, a quick solution to this issue would be to give editors the link in their edit mode (certainly easier to achieve rather than moving to a different caching system with infra team).
