Deliver a master/path website in a domain without /path/

The handbook website is served from the url planet4.greenpeace.org/

Without a following path.

All other p4 websites (until now) are served with a following path (for example /india/ )

The production environment is available at master.k8s.p4.greenpeace.org/handbook/

But we need to make this work for planet4.greenpeace.org 

Following this (new ticket to be opened) : Additionally, this needs to be an option available during the nro-generation process and any helper scripts.
