When an editor sets the visibility to a post or a page as `password protected`, the top menu on the front end covers the password field and submit button, on all screens. Platform visitor is not able to submit the password to access the content.

Tested on: Mozilla and Chrome

Attached images can be reproduced on posts, since this feature is currently not working for pages (see PLANET-2717)
