As a web editor, i want to see how many signups I have for all my campaigns. (comes from CRM API)

Requirements: web editors can view signup numbers for:

• individual campaign pages
• global campaigns (the sum of petition signups on individual petitions that are linked to the same global campaign)
• total signups in an NRO by campaign (for example: the total number of signups in the Forests campaign, in the Oil campaign, etc in Canada)
