1. As an admin, I want to click a button and import a campaign page from a zip file so that I have the same campaign page as everyone else

Requirements:

• exporting a campaign page and importing it to another NRO website should recreate the same campaign page.
• The imported page should have all elements included that are present on the original page (e.g. images, embedded elements, galleries, etc).
• The file format is not specified, doesn't need to be zip.
• After importing the campaign page in another NRO, the signups generated on the campaign page are added to the global counter for that campaign.
