As a web editor I want to have Campaign pages separate from other pages so that I can utilize campaign page specific features.

Requirements:

• a new menu item in the backend called Campaigns.
• Web editors can create new campaigns and open/edit existing ones. See mockup.
• the following Campaign themes are available in a dropdown: Antarctic, Arctic, Forests, Oceans, Oil, Plastics (see attached campaign-customizer.png)
• changing the Campaign theme is changing the styling of the blocks of the campaigns page and loads the set of fonts and color swatches assigned to the chosen Campaign theme
