As a web editor, I want to select my primary and secondary campaign font from X number of fonts so that I can make my campaign distinguishable from others

Requirements:

• each campaign child theme (i'm not sure it's actually a child theme) has a list of primary and secondary fonts assigned to it. These fonts are specified in the original campaign style guides and are not changeable by web editors. The customizer lets web editors to choose between the fonts that were assigned to the campaign theme. Changing the font in the customizer would change all occurences of the font on the campaign page.
• the body font is not customizable
