Seems to make sense to have the "Global Counter" requirement partially fulfilled as a block. As a web editor, I want to add a global counter to my campaign page so that I can show supporters how many signatures we've collected world wide.

Technically, this would pull signatures from petitions within the 5 CRMs we're syncing data to/from.

Design a block for the global counter, thermometer, bar graph, etc
