the "Upload from GPI Media Library" button does not work in some places:

1) Media > Library > Add New (button) > Upload from GPI Media Library (button)

2) Media > Add New > Upload from GPI Media Library (button)

3) +New (from top navigation bar) > Media > Upload from GPI Media Library (button)

in all cases, when clicking the blue 'Upload from GPI Media Library' button the screen refreshes and the WP Media Library will appear,

rather than the GPI Library, as the behaviour is when wanting to upload an image from the GPI Media Library from Add Media button on Posts/Pages.
